Every cocktail package includes everything required to deliver a premium mobile bar experience.

Your booking includes:

A professional mixologist to prepare and serve your chosen cocktails.
A fully stocked mobile bar.
A bespoke printed cocktail menu featuring your selected cocktails.
Premium spirits, liqueurs, mixers and fresh ingredients.
Garnishes and ice.
All glassware required for service.

Everything required for your cocktail service is included in the price unless otherwise stated.

Yes. We have a minimum booking value of £400, excluding any applicable travel charges. Travel within a 30-mile radius of Glasgow is included. For venues located more than 30 miles from Glasgow, an additional travel charge may apply. Any applicable travel charges are calculated separately and do not count towards the £400 minimum booking value.

Our mixologists will serve cocktails for 3 hours, beginning at your selected event start time.

Absolutely! If you would like our mixologists to remain for longer than the standard 3-hour service, please contact us before your event by email or telephone. We'll be happy to provide a personalised quotation for additional service hours.

Absolutely! You can choose your preferred cocktails from our menu when creating your booking.

Our online booking system allows you to select up to 6 different cocktails for your event.

If you would like to offer more than 6 cocktail options, we'd be delighted to create a bespoke cocktail menu tailored to your event.

No problem! If there are cocktails, mocktails or other drinks you'd like us to serve that aren't currently listed on our menu, we'd love to hear from you. We'll do our best to create a bespoke drinks menu tailored to your event.

Yes. Individual serve cocktails are available to order.

Please note:

There is a minimum order quantity of 5 for each cocktail selected.
Individual serve cocktail orders are subject to our minimum booking value of £400, excluding any applicable travel charges.
Our booking, payment, cancellation and deposit terms also apply to individual serve cocktail orders.

Yes. We offer a selection of delicious alcohol-free cocktails (mocktails). Simply let us know when booking if you'd like alcohol-free options included in your package.

We cater for events of all sizes. If you're unsure which package is best suited to your event, please get in touch and we'll be happy to recommend the most suitable option based on your guest numbers.

We provide mobile cocktail bar services for a wide variety of occasions, including:

If your event isn't listed above, simply get in touch—we'd love to help.

Yes. We always do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements wherever possible. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements before your event so we can discuss suitable alternatives. Whilst every care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Once your £50 booking deposit has been received, we'll contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability. If your booking is accepted, we'll issue an invoice for the remaining balance.

The remaining balance must be paid within 14 calendar days of your invoice being issued. If your event is due to take place before the end of the 14-day payment period, the outstanding balance must still be paid in full no later than 72 hours before your event. This allows us sufficient time to purchase stock, prepare ingredients and ensure everything is ready for your event.

If you cancel your booking, your £50 deposit is non-refundable, subject to your statutory consumer rights. Where possible, we may allow your deposit to be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability and our agreement.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking, your £50 deposit will be refunded in full, or, if you prefer, transferred to another available date.

Yes. If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate changes; however, significant changes to your event date, venue, timings, guest numbers or selected package may affect availability and pricing.

Our team will arrive approximately 30 minutes before your chosen event start time to set up the mobile bar, prepare ingredients and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.

Our mobile bar measures approximately 1.6 metres (Length) × 1 metre (Width). Please ensure there is sufficient space for the bar, along with adequate working room behind it for our mixologists to prepare and serve drinks safely throughout your event.

Yes! We can personalise the front of our mobile bar with your company logo, event branding or bespoke artwork for an additional fee. This is a popular option for corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, weddings and themed celebrations. Please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements and receive a personalised quotation.

We simply require:

Sufficient space for our mobile bar.
Safe access to the venue.
Access to the venue approximately 30 minutes before your chosen start time.

If your venue has any access restrictions or special requirements, please let us know before your event.

Yes! We proudly provide our mobile cocktail bar services throughout Scotland. Travel within a 30-mile radius of Glasgow is included. For venues located more than 30 miles from Glasgow, an additional travel charge may apply. If applicable, we'll always advise you of any travel costs before confirming your booking, so there are no unexpected charges.

Yes. We hold Public Liability Insurance for our mobile bar services. If your venue requires proof of our insurance before your event, we're happy to provide this upon request.
