These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Raise the Bar Glasgow ("we", "our", "us"). By paying your booking deposit and proceeding with a booking, you ("the Customer") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Submitting a booking through our website constitutes a booking request and does not automatically confirm your booking.
A £50 booking deposit is required to submit your booking request.
Once your deposit has been received, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability.
If your booking is accepted, we will:
If we are unable to accommodate your booking, your £50 deposit will be refunded in full, or transferred to another available date if you prefer.
A minimum booking value of £400 applies to all bookings.
This minimum spend excludes any applicable travel charges.
Travel charges are calculated separately and do not contribute towards the £400 minimum booking value.
Once your booking has been confirmed, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued.
Payment of the outstanding balance is due within 14 calendar days from the invoice date.
If your event takes place before the end of the 14-day payment period, the outstanding balance must be paid in full no later than 72 hours before your event.
This allows us sufficient time to purchase stock, prepare ingredients, allocate staff and finalise preparations.
Failure to pay by the required deadline may result in:
Raise the Bar Glasgow reserves the right to refuse to provide services where payment has not been received in full before the required deadline.
A non-refundable £50 booking deposit is required for every booking, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Your deposit allows us to process your booking request and reserve your preferred event date while availability is confirmed.
If Raise the Bar Glasgow is unable to provide the requested service, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to another agreed date.
Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify Raise the Bar Glasgow as soon as possible by email or telephone.
The £50 booking deposit is non-refundable, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Where possible, and at our discretion, your deposit may be transferred to another event date, subject to availability.
Once your final invoice has been paid, all payments made are non-refundable, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
However, if you need to cancel your event, we will transfer the full amount paid, including your booking deposit, to a new event date, subject to the following conditions:
As our services are bespoke and prepared specifically for your event, bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the event remain non-refundable.
This is because stock will have been purchased, ingredients prepared, menus printed and staff allocated specifically for your event.
Where operationally possible, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to another available date, however this cannot be guaranteed.
We understand that plans can change.
Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate amendments.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, every cocktail package includes:
Standard cocktail service lasts 3 hours, commencing from your chosen event start time.
Should you wish to extend the service, please contact us before your event.
Additional hours are available subject to availability and additional charges.
Our team will arrive approximately 30 minutes before your agreed event start time.
This allows us sufficient time set up the mobile bar and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access and sufficient setup space.
Our mobile bar measures approximately:
1.6 metres (Length) × 1 metre (Width).
Please ensure there is adequate space for the bar together with sufficient working space behind it for our team.
We can personalise the front of our mobile bar with your company branding, logo or bespoke artwork for an additional fee.
Artwork must be supplied by the agreed deadline in a suitable high-resolution format.
Our online booking system currently allows customers to select up to six cocktails.
Should you require more than six cocktail options, please contact us before booking and we will be delighted to create a bespoke menu.
If there are cocktails or drinks you would like served that are not currently available on our menu, please contact us before booking.
We'll do our best to source ingredients and create bespoke recipes where possible.
Additional charges may apply.

Raise the Bar Glasgow proudly provides mobile cocktail bar services throughout Scotland.
Travel within 30 miles of Glasgow is included.
Events located more than 30 miles from Glasgow may incur an additional travel charge.
Any travel charges will always be confirmed before your booking is accepted.
Customers must notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements before their event.
Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken during preparation and service, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Raise the Bar Glasgow holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
Proof of insurance can be supplied upon request.
Customers are responsible for:
Raise the Bar Glasgow promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol at all times. Our team reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any person who:
Our decision to refuse service is final and will not entitle the customer to a refund or compensation.
Raise the Bar Glasgow operates a Challenge 25 policy. Guests who appear to be under the age of 25 may be asked to provide valid photographic identification before being served alcohol.

Guests unable to provide valid identification will not be served alcohol.
All equipment supplied by Raise the Bar Glasgow remains our property unless otherwise agreed.
This includes:
Reasonable accidental breakages of glassware during normal service are expected and will not normally incur additional charges.
However, customers may be charged for equipment that is deliberately damaged, stolen, lost or damaged through negligence by the customer or their guests.
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
Any parking charges or venue access fees incurred may be added to the final invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Delays caused by restricted access or unavailable parking may reduce the available service time.
Raise the Bar Glasgow is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for our staff and your guests.
Customers must ensure:
Our staff reserve the right to suspend or terminate service where health and safety concerns place our team or guests at risk.
No refund will be due where service is suspended due to unsafe conditions beyond our reasonable control.
Raise the Bar Glasgow will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
